Description

This sophisticated automatic call center service contains standard features of automated attendant and call distribution as well as advanced capabilities including: Scripting, Broadcast Announcements, Computer Telephone Integration (CTI), Expanded Reports (including “Cradle to Grave” reporting) GUI (graphical user interface) based Skill-set routing and call prioritizing. Many other features are also available.
