Communité/MIC is a comprehensive, large-scale solution for unified communications, allowing users to retrieve voicemail and faxes through a personal web site or a touch-tone phone. Advanced features include follow me, presence management, call screening, rulebased call routing, and message notification.
Note: UMIT will be upgrading the University community's voicemail servcies to Office 365 Voicemail in a phased approach, beginning October 2016. Office 365 Voicemail provides the University community with more efficient voicemail services – including missed call notifications via email and the ability to listen to your voicemail messages online.
