How do I reach the UMIT Service Desk by phone?
To reach the UMIT Service Desk, please call: (305) 284-6565, Option 1 (Report an Issue or Submit a Request), Option 4 (Research IT), Option 1 (InfoEd).
Can I email my request instead?
Yes, you can send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide as much detail as possible to ensure your incident gets triaged effectively.
Will the Office of Research Administration (ORA) and Research IT (RIT) still be involved to assist with InfoEd support?
Both offices will still be very involved with support. The UMIT Service Desk will triage calls to either team dependent on the nature and complexity of the issue.
