"Translating Survey Results Into Action"

Register via ULearn

The University of Miami has just released the Powered by You Faculty and Staff Survey results. Now, University leaders need to analyze and discuss organizational and unit-level survey results with their teams. In this session, we will review what the aggregate reports say about the employees' work experience and well-being at the University, UHealth, and the Miller School of Medicine. We will also look at how to translate the feedback provided into actions to foster a positive and productive work environment for all faculty and staff.
