Google recently released an updated Chrome browser in response to various, new high severity vulnerabilities. If you're a Chrome user on Windows, Mac, or Linux, please update your Chrome browser to version 99.0.4844.84 as soon as possible.
The easiest way to update Chrome is to allow it to automatically update; however, this auto-update method can end up lagging behind if you never close the Chrome browser or if something goes wrong, e.g., an add-on or extension stopping you from updating the browser.
To manually update Chrome, click Settings > About Chrome. If there is an update available, Chrome will notify you and start downloading it. Then, relaunch the browser for the update to complete. (Screengrab below for reference.)
